More fashion brands are supporting Canopy‘s anti-deforestation scheme, as ASOS, M&S and Levi’s join the Fashion Loved by Forest Campaign, to eliminate the use of endangered forest fibres.

More than 70 million trees are logged every year and turned into cellulosic viscose fabric, which has a detrimental effect on surrounding wildlife. Canopy’s aim is to develop solutions such as tracking where the fabric is sourced and eliminating fibres and fabrics from threatened ecosystems.
