The Environmental Justice Foundation has launched its latest pop-up shop in the heart of London, titled ‘JUST…For Fashion’. The Carnaby Street store will be stocking affordable exclusive designer 100% organic, fair trade t-shirts from big names such as Katherine Hamnett, Alice Temperley and Christian Lacroix. All profits will go towards the EJF to raise awareness on issues such as forced child labour and the environmental effects of cotton production.
Included in the mix will be the popular Vivienne Westwood War/Peace t-shirt, which was designed to support the EJF’s No Place Like Home Campaign, in support of climate refugees.
Cool Earth, a charity that protects tribes in Northern Peru, have also collaborated with the EJF. Their seed jewellery, which has been crafted by indigenous tribes in Northern Peru, will be on sale, as well as Westwood’s Cool Earth scarf in collaboration with the organisation.
All proceeds go to EJF’s campaigns to protect the environment and defend some of the world’s poorest people.
As well as clothing, ethical chocolate brand Original Beans will be on sale, along with Cool Earth’s rainforest saving coffee.
JUST for Fashion will be open from 18th November – 6th December, at 19 Fouberts Place, just off Carnaby Street. You can also shop EJF’s ethical range online.
