Berlin-based designer Karen Jessen has gained quite the following within the fashion industry , particularly due to her unique tribal futuristic aesthetic. Last night Jessen won the Ecochic Design Award for her contribution to sustainable design. The award offers an exclusive collaboration with Esprit, where Jessen will be designing a recycled line for the label.
Sponsored by the likes of ELLE and Hong Kong based NGO Redress, the Ecochic Design Award has celebrated the most innovative talents in sustainable clothing, since its birth in 2011.
